2027 NEXX XRALLY HELMET & 5% TOUR DISCOUNT

SPECIAL OFFER — TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Beyond Borders Moto Tours ("BBMT") 2027 NEXX X.RALLY promotional offer ("Promotion") offered in collaboration with Motorcycle Adventure Products ("MAP").

By making a qualifying booking under this Promotion, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions in addition to BBMT's standard Booking Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

The Promotion is available to new bookings for eligible Beyond Borders Moto Tours 2027 motorcycle tours made during the promotional period.

The Promotion does not apply retrospectively to bookings made before the Promotion commenced, unless expressly approved by BBMT in writing.

BBMT reserves the right to determine which tours and departures are eligible for the Promotion.

2. Promotional Benefits

Each eligible rider will receive:

• One (1) NEXX X.RALLY motorcycle helmet, valued at AUD $899; and
• 5% off the applicable tour booking price.

The helmet and discount are promotional benefits linked to the qualifying tour booking and are not standalone products or benefits.

One helmet is available per eligible rider, regardless of whether the rider books more than one BBMT tour.

3. Promotional Period

The Promotion is available from the advertised commencement date until the advertised closing date, unless withdrawn earlier by BBMT.

BBMT reserves the right to extend, modify or withdraw the Promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Helmet availability is subject to available stock allocated to the Promotion.

4. Helmet Model, Colour and Availability

The promotional helmet is a NEXX X.RALLY helmet.

Helmet colour (Colour Options for the offer: Black or White), finish, size and specific configuration are subject to availability.

Where the advertised helmet is unavailable, BBMT and/or Motorcycle Adventure Products may offer an alternative helmet or equivalent product at their discretion.

No cash, credit or monetary substitute will be provided for the promotional helmet unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Helmet Sizing

Following an eligible booking, BBMT will request the rider's required helmet size and other information necessary to arrange fulfilment of the promotional helmet.

The rider is responsible for providing accurate sizing information within the timeframe requested by BBMT.

Once a helmet has been dispatched, any size change, exchange or return will be subject to the policies of Motorcycle Adventure Products and may result in additional costs to the rider.

BBMT is not responsible for incorrect sizing information supplied by the rider.

6. Helmet Dispatch

The promotional helmet will be dispatched by Motorcycle Adventure Products after:

• a) the rider has made the required tour deposit; and
• b) the rider has paid the required first instalment.

Helmet dispatch and delivery are handled by Motorcycle Adventure Products and are subject to product availability, processing times and delivery conditions.

BBMT is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier, postal service, supplier or circumstances outside BBMT's reasonable control.

7. Delivery Location

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the promotional helmet will be dispatched to the delivery address supplied by the rider.

The rider is responsible for ensuring that the delivery details supplied to BBMT are accurate and complete.

Any additional delivery, redirection or re-delivery costs arising from incorrect delivery information may be payable by the rider.

8. 5% Tour Discount

The 5% discount applies to the eligible BBMT 2027 tour booking only.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the discount does not apply to optional upgrades, single supplements, additional accommodation, or other services not included in the standard tour price.

The 5% discount is not redeemable for cash or credit.

Unless expressly approved by BBMT, the 5% discount cannot be combined with other promotional discounts, discount codes, early-bird offers, group discounts or special offers.

Where more than one promotion could apply, BBMT will determine which promotional offer provides the applicable benefit.

9. Changes to Tour Booking

The promotional benefits are tied to the original qualifying booking.

If a rider subsequently changes their tour, destination, departure date or other material component of their booking, BBMT reserves the right to determine whether the NEXX XRALLY helmet and 5% discount remain applicable to the amended booking.

The Promotion does not automatically transfer to another tour, departure or booking.

10. Transfer of Booking

The Promotion is non-transferable.

If a rider transfers their booking to another person, the promotional benefits do not automatically transfer to the new rider and may be forfeited unless BBMT agrees otherwise in writing.

11. Cancellation by the Rider

All cancellations, refunds and credits remain subject to BBMT's standard Booking Terms and Conditions and applicable cancellation policy.

The promotional NEXX XRALLY helmet is provided on the basis that the rider proceeds with the qualifying 2027 tour booking.

If a rider cancels their tour booking after the promotional helmet has been dispatched or received, the retail value of the promotional helmet will be deducted from any refund otherwise payable to the rider under BBMT's applicable cancellation policy.

If the rider cancels their tour booking before the helmet has been dispatched by Motorcycle Adventure Products (MAP), the rider will be entitled to any refund due in accordance with the standard Beyond Borders Moto Tours Booking and Cancellation Policy. No amount relating to the promotional helmet will be deducted where the helmet has not been dispatched by MAP.

The promotional helmet has no cash value and cannot be returned to BBMT as a means of avoiding the applicable deduction once it has been supplied to the rider.

12. Cancellation After Receiving the Helmet

Once the promotional helmet has been dispatched or received, the rider remains responsible for the retail value of the helmet if they subsequently cancel their tour booking.

For the purposes of this Promotion, the retail value of the NEXX X.RALLY helmet will be deemed to be the advertised promotional retail value at the time the Promotion is offered, being approximately AUD $899, unless otherwise specified by BBMT.

13. Cancellation or Change by BBMT

If BBMT cancels, significantly changes or is unable to operate a tour due to circumstances within or outside its reasonable control, the applicable standard BBMT Booking Terms and Conditions will apply.

The promotional helmet does not create any separate entitlement to compensation, cash payment or additional benefits beyond those provided under BBMT's applicable booking terms and the law.

Where appropriate, BBMT will determine how the Promotion applies to affected bookings.

14. Force Majeure and Events Outside BBMT's Control

BBMT is not responsible for delays, cancellations, changes or inability to fulfil the Promotion caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, political or civil unrest, government restrictions, border closures, supplier issues, transport disruptions, war, pandemics or other force majeure events.

BBMT's standard Booking Terms and Conditions remain applicable in these circumstances.

15. No Cash Alternative

The NEXX X.RALLY helmet cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred for monetary consideration, substituted for a tour-price reduction or converted into BBMT credit.

The 5% discount cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred to another booking or person.

16. Supplier Relationship

The promotional helmet is supplied and dispatched by Motorcycle Adventure Products.

Motorcycle Adventure Products is responsible for the supply and dispatch of the helmet and any applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty.

Any warranty claim relating specifically to the helmet will be subject to the applicable NEXX and Motorcycle Adventure Products warranty and returns policies.

17. Errors and Promotional Abuse

BBMT reserves the right to correct any administrative, pricing or promotional errors and to refuse or withdraw promotional benefits where it reasonably believes the Promotion has been obtained through fraud, misuse, error or a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By making a qualifying booking under this Promotion, the rider confirms that they have read, understood and accepted:

• these NEXX XRALLY Promotional Terms and Conditions; and
• BBMT's standard Booking Terms and Conditions and cancellation policy.

These terms should be read together with BBMT's standard booking terms.

19. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under applicable Australian consumer law or other applicable legislation.

20. Promotion Administration

Beyond Borders Moto Tours reserves the right to make reasonable amendments to these promotional terms where required to administer the Promotion, subject to applicable law.
