Day 1 : Arrival in Leh (Altitude: 3,500m) | Riding Distance: 0 km
Welcome to the mesmerizing town of Leh, the capital of Ladakh! Today is dedicated to acclimatizing to the high altitude. Take this opportunity to explore Leh’s vibrant bazaars, visit the ancient Leh Palace, or simply relax and soak in the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. Prepare yourself for the adventure of a lifetime as this is just the beginning!
Day 2 : Leh Local Sightseeing | Riding Distance: 50 km
Today, we’ll dive into Leh’s rich cultural heritage and stunning landscapes. Visit the iconic Shanti Stupa, offering panoramic views of the town and the Indus Valley. Explore the magnificent Thiksey Monastery, often called “Mini Potala” for its resemblance to the Potala Palace in Lhasa, and the beautiful Shey Palace, the former summer capital of Ladakh. After an enriching day of sightseeing, return to Leh and prepare for tomorrow’s ride to Kargil.
Day 3 : Leh to Kargil (Altitude: 2,676m) | Riding Distance: 210 km
The adventure truly begins as we head towards Kargil, riding alongside the majestic Indus River. En route, stop at the Magnetic Hill, a natural wonder, and the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers at Nimmu. Visit the historic Gurudwara Pathar Sahib and the war memorial in Drass, known as the second coldest inhabited place on earth. We arrive in Kargil, a town that has witnessed significant events in Indian history, where we rest for the night.

Day 4 : Kargil to Padum (Altitude: 3,500m) | Riding Distance: 230 km
Today, we ride deeper into the remote Zanskar Valley, heading towards Padum, the valley’s largest town. This challenging route offers thrilling off-road experiences, crossing the formidable Pensi La Pass at 4,400m. Marvel at the breathtaking views of the Drang-Drung Glacier, one of the largest in the region. As we descend into Padum, the stunning landscapes and unique culture of Zanskar will captivate your heart.

Day 5 : Explore Padum (Altitude: 3,500m) | Riding Distance: 50 km
Spend the day exploring Padum and its surroundings. Visit the Karsha Monastery, perched on a hilltop offering panoramic views of the Zanskar Valley. Explore the ancient Stongdey Monastery, known for its beautiful murals and serene atmosphere. This is a day to immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty and spiritual essence of this remote region. Relax in the evening, enjoying the peaceful ambiance of Padum.

Day 6 : Padum to Lamayuru (Altitude: 3,510m) | Riding Distance: 200 km
Today’s ride takes us back through the rugged landscapes towards the mystical Lamayuru Monastery, one of the oldest and most famous in Ladakh. Known as the “Moonland” of Ladakh, Lamayuru’s surreal terrain resembles the surface of the moon. The ride is a thrilling mix of winding roads and stunning vistas, making it one of the most memorable sections of the journey.

Day 7 : Lamayuru to Stok (Altitude: 3,600m) | Riding Distance: 125 km
Depart from the enchanting landscapes of Lamayuru and ride towards the beautiful village of Stok. En route, visit the Alchi Monastery, renowned for its well-preserved 11th-century wall paintings. As we approach Stok, enjoy the magnificent views of the Stok Kangri peak. Explore the historic Stok Palace and its museum, which offers a glimpse into the royal heritage of Ladakh.

Day 8 : Rest Day in Stok | Riding Distance: 0 km
After days of riding through challenging terrains, today is a day to relax and rejuvenate. Enjoy the serene surroundings of Stok village, take short walks in the area, or simply relax at the accommodation. This rest day is crucial for both physical recovery and for reflecting on the incredible journey so far.
Day 9 : Stok to Nubra Valley (Altitude: 3,048m) | Riding Distance: 150 km
Today, we ride over the legendary Khardung La, one of the highest motorable passes in the world at 5,359m. Feel the rush of adrenaline as you conquer this iconic pass, then descend into the mesmerizing Nubra Valley, known for its sand dunes, double-humped Bactrian camels, and lush oasis villages. The day concludes in Hunder, where the serene landscapes provide the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable evening.

Day 10 : Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake (Altitude: 4,350m) | Riding Distance: 170 km
Prepare for another epic day as we ride from Nubra Valley to the stunning Pangong Lake. The ride is an adventure through varied landscapes, crossing the Chang La pass at 5,360m. As you reach Pangong, the sight of its turquoise waters, framed by the stark mountains, is truly magical. Spend the evening by the lake, soaking in the serene beauty and enjoying the clear night sky.

Day 11 : Pangong Lake to Leh (Altitude: 3,500m) | Riding Distance: 170 km

As we reach Leh, take the evening to reflect on the epic adventure, sharing stories and celebrating the unforgettable memories made along the way.
