How difficult is riding through Rajasthan compared to the Himalayas?
Rajasthan is rated 5/10 for difficulty, notably more moderate than our Himalayan routes (7/10–8/10). Roads are generally better maintained and altitude isn’t a factor, making it a good route for building international touring experience.

Rajasthan is home to an incredible variety of wildlife. Depending on the route and season, you may spot antelope, deer, peacocks, monkeys, camels, and a wide range of birdlife.

A Rajasthan motorcycle tour is as much a culinary journey as it is a riding adventure. You’ll enjoy authentic regional dishes such as dal baati churma, laal maas, gatte ki sabzi, and a variety of freshly made breads, along with delicious street food and traditional sweets. Vegetarian, vegan, and most dietary requirements can also be catered for throughout the tour.
Can I time a Rajasthan motorcycle tour around Holi?
Holi usually falls in late February or March, and while we love incorporating this incredible festival into our Rajasthan tours whenever possible, it depends on the dates each year. Our preferred riding season for Rajasthan is between November and February, when the weather is cooler and ideal for motorcycle touring. If Holi falls too late in March, we generally don’t schedule a tour around it, as temperatures become much hotter and less comfortable for riding.
