1. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over.
Entrants must provide accurate and complete details when submitting the entry form.
Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Promoter are not eligible to enter.
2. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete and submit the official entry form during the promotional period.
Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent will be deemed invalid.
3. Promotion Period
The promotion opens on 27t March 2026.
The promotion closes on 28 March 2026 at 8 PM AEDT.
Entries received after this time will not be eligible.
4. Prize Details
One (2) winners will receive a $1,500 AUD voucher to be used toward a motorcycle tour offered by Beyond Borders Moto Tours.
Voucher Conditions:
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
The voucher expires on 31 March 2027.
The voucher is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
The voucher must be used toward a tour booking and cannot be used for standalone services unless approved by the Promoter.
If the total tour cost exceeds $1,500, the winner must pay the remaining balance.
If the tour cost is less than $1,500, the remaining balance will not be refunded or credited.
5. Draw & Winner Selection
The draw will take place on 28 March 2026 during the rally prize and raffle draw.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period.
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
6. Winner Notification
The winner will be announced at the event and may also be notified via email and/or phone using the details provided.
If the winner is not present at the draw, they will be contacted within 2 business days.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.
7. Use of Prize
The voucher must be used in accordance with the Promoter’s standard booking terms and conditions.
Tour availability is subject to schedule, capacity, and operational considerations.
The Promoter is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by the winner, including but not limited to flights, visas, insurance, or personal expenses.
8. General Conditions
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the promotion if required due to unforeseen circumstances.
By entering, participants agree to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of administering this promotion and in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.
